Kelby brings a wealth of experience in the mental health field, providing dedicated support to those seeking healing. As a Registered Social Worker, she adapts her approach to suit each person's unique needs and preferences, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities.

Kelby has worked with individuals facing substance use, mental health issues, veterans, survivors of human trafficking, youth, and families, showcasing her versatility and commitment to tailored care.

Kelby's professional background encompasses a range of roles, including work in shelters, outreach programs, and program development with Indigenous Elders. Kelby has provided addiction counselling, worked in an inpatient treatment facility, and has years of experience facilitating psychoeducational groups on anxiety, codependency, anger management, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, relapse prevention, goal setting, and more. Her experience extends to one-on-one work with youth, children, and families.

Along with being a Registered Social Worker, Kelby also holds a diploma in Mental Health and Addiction with an Indigenous Perspective, along with a Grief Counselling Specialist certificate. She offers compassionate care, validation, and practical coping strategies, helping individuals find meaning and hope in their healing journey.
