Late-Cancellation Policy

At The Family Enhancement Centre, we aim to provide high-quality services while respecting your time and the time of our team. To help maintain a smooth operation and accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation and Deposit Policy.

Late Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment.


If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us via phone, voicemail, or email at info@tfec.ca


This advanced notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to another client who may need it.

Refundable Deposit:

To ensure fairness and help us manage scheduling, a refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is separate from the session fee and helps us handle last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be applied to offset the lost time.



  • The deposit is refundable if you choose to discontinue our services. Simply contact us to request your deposit refund, and it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
