Mitch Brant

Registered SOCIAL WORKER

Mitchell is a compassionate therapist who cares about every individual he supports. He recognizes that going to therapy can be scary and hopeful, and he welcomes all parts of the experience through a non-judgmental and curious approach. He realizes that often folks do not have a safe space to share their mental health challenges without feeling judged, minimized and not understood.

Mitch values the importance of creating a safe and collaborative space, and strives to create this environment so that everyone he sees feels heard, understood and deeply cared about.

Self-compassion has been a guiding light for Mitch when he has navigated his own mental health challenges, and he looks forward to supporting you in accessing yours

Mitch is a Registered Social Worker and graduate of the Master of Social Work program at King’s University College.
