Recognizing that therapy and healing are collaborative processes, she is committed to guiding individuals towards achieving personal growth, even in the face of overwhelming moments.
In her counselling approach, Stephanie encourages clients to set goals and supports them in navigating their feelings and thoughts. She understands that the therapeutic journey is transformative in itself and offers a supportive, calming, and open space for clients to share their experiences.

Stephanie is both English and Spanish speaking.
Stephanie graduated from the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, where she delved into various therapeutic approaches. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women’s studies From York University.
She is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
